For the fourth year in a row, Bayliner Boats has received the prestigious Customer Satisfaction Index
(CSI) Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the leading association of the
recreational boating industry. In fact, Bayliner received not one but three 2011 CSI awards from the NMMA.
With this year's honors, Bayliner becomes the only fiberglass boat company in the value segment to receive
at least one CSI award in four straight years. This year, Bayliner was the recipient of awards in the following
categories: Deck Boats, Sterndrive Bowrider Boats, Sterndrive Cuddy and Express Boats.
Each year, the NMMA surveys boat owners to assess their satisfaction with their boat purchase. To receive
a CSI award, a boat brand must achieve a score of at least 90 out of 100 as determined by its customers.
